Red-tailed Black Cockatoos 2

These spectacular cockatoos congregate in large noisy flocks over northern and tropical Australia. They have large crests and the male has red tail panels while the female is yellow spotted with barred orange tail panels. Nesting in hollow dead trees they range through woodlands and wooded watercourses in arid country.
